Ingredients
1/2 pound string beans (bodi)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped pimento
1/2 tablespoon unsaturated vegetable oil
Directions
Step 1
Cut beans into julienne strips.
Step 2
Add salt to water and heat just to boiling. Add beans and cook for 5 minutes
Step 3
Drain beans and set aside. Saute chopped onion and pimento in saucepan with oil.
Step 4
Add beans to pimento and onion. Stir and heat 1-2 minutes.
