Mango Avocado Salsa

Ingredients


  • 2 avocados (zaboca), peeled and chopped

  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • pepper to taste


Tip: Chilled mango is easier to chop and serve in salsa.

Directions


Step 1


Combine avocado, mango, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss gently.


Step 2


Chill for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with cilantro sprigs if desired.

Serve with corn chips, black bean chihps or other tortilla chips, as desired.

(Note! Try to find lower sodium chips!)
